Preconstruction Planning
TEC Air can be your consultant for projects in development. They can assist with the planning and design of the ventilation required in any space or property. Following government guidelines and keeping up to date on the latest developments of HVAC systems within the industry by being a member of FETA and ADCAS ensure they are up dated regularly with the latest policies.
Renovating Existing Installations
A big part of works at TEC Air is revising existing systems as well as design consultation and evaluation into the suitability of an existing system. Many do not conform to the latest guidelines set out and need updating. TEC Air can make sure your ventilation systems are suitable for your property and as efficient as possible. Replacing an entire system is not always an ideal solution, TEC Air finds a solution where revision is more cost effective way to move forwards.
Service and Maintenance Plans
TEC Air offers Planned Preventative Maintenance packages to ensure your ventilation system is looked after and remains working for many years to come. These are tailored to the individual systems and needs. Spares and replacement parts can also be fabricated in house or sourced for older systems. Dilapidation reports can be produced on request.

TEC Air is a division of TEC Ltd, a general engineering company founded in 2011 and have since progressed into the ever growing HVAC industry and continues to expand.

Director and founder of TEC Ltd David Taylor, has personally worked alongside many institutions, consulting and advising on major projects, as well as other building contractors and surveyors, including English Heritage, Clare College Cambridge, King's College, Foster Refrigeration, Diocese of Ely (DEMAT), Bidwells and Dufaylite Developments.
10+ Years in the industrial maintenance, engineering, fabrication and ventilation sectors, makes TEC Ltd one of the longest running companies of its kind in East Anglia. TEC Air is ready to deliver HVAC solutions to clients for many years to come.
